The 30 applicants that entered the competitiveness were narrowed down to five finalists who competed for the prize income, pitching their suggestions in entrance of a panel of judges.

Rose, who gained $2,300, plans to use the dollars for law firm costs to make the person conditions and agreements for CampusCars.
