SAN DIEGO, March 02, 2021 (World NEWSWIRE) — Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (NASDAQ:ROIC) announced right now that Edward H. Meyer, a long-tenured independent director, has recommended the Board that he will not stand for re-election. Mr. Meyer will continue to serve the business as director emeritus. Additionally, Angela K. Ho, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of OceanFirst Lender, has been elected as an independent director to the Board, helpful March 1, 2021.

Richard A. Baker, Chairman of the Board of ROIC, and Stuart A.
