PM Shmyhal outlines new ways to ramp up Ukraine’s export potential

Visa-free of charge transport routine with the EU, abolition of customs responsibilities and quotas for Ukrainian goods when exported to Europe, Canada and Wonderful Britain, establishment of new checkpoints on the western border of Ukraine, growth of the likely of the Danube River ports in the territory of Ukraine,” Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal claimed at the Cabinet’s assembly.
As pointed out, the Danube is presently a single of the main export routes and, as a result, the Government carries on to enlarge its potential. “Today we will adopt changes to the border routine polices, thereby permitting the fleet to carry out bunkering operations, that is, to refuel them proper near the ports of Reni and Izmail,” Shmyhal noted.

As described, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov reported that jobs to increase the potential of ports on the Danube require up to $200 million in financial commitment. Their modernization will boost capability up to 25 million tonnes of cargo for each 12 months.
